SiteRemote is a remote system management solution to monitor and maintain computers which run SiteKiosk or SiteRemote Client software. SiteRemote Server Software (Licensed software)

In case you intend to install your own SiteRemote server please feel free to request a download of the SiteRemote Server installation version for a 30 day trial. SiteRemote server software is based on Microsoft .NET framework and runs on a Windows Server in conjunction with a Microsoft SQL database. Please click here to view the system requirements.


SiteRemote Architecture The communication between your client PCs and the SiteRemote Server is even ensured for remote PCs with dynamic IP address behind firewalls. Thus you can also remotely manage client PCs which utilize a dial-up connection. SiteRemote requires the installation of either SiteKiosk or SiteRemote Client software on your remote PCs to establish a connection. Please install SiteKiosk if you need to restrict user access to your client PCs to protect it from user manipulation since SiteRemote Client software does not lock down your remote PCs. SiteRemote Client software does not provide any security features regarding user manipulation. The software should only be used if the user cannot tamper with the system.
