After completing his 3-year apprenticeship as a consultant for a bank and earning his degree as Master of Business Administration, Mr. Niehus founded his first company PROVISIO GmbH at the end of 1996 with a fellow student. Aside from his duties in connection with this company, Mr. Niehus also worked as a freelance teacher at University of Applied Sciences in Muenster and Savings Bank Academy Muensterland. A year later, in 1997, Mr. Niehus and four other associates established the content management firm SitePark GmbH.

SitePark developed the content management systems Infosite and Citysite and is now one of the leading providers in this industry. Before returning to PROVISIO in 1999 to assume the position of executive associate, Mr. Niehus worked as a leading project manager for SitePark.

At PROVISIO, Mr. Niehus is responsible for all matters related to the operation and the organization of the company.

After graduating from law school both in Germany and in the Netherlands, Mr. Horstmann worked as an international business lawyer. He joined PROVISIO GmbH at the end of 2001 after he had returned from several years in the United States, where he had worked in the field of International Business and Contract Law for firms in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Mr. Horstmann's qualifications led to his appointment as CEO of PROVISIO, LLC in Miami, FL, USA in 2002.
