Support Request: Issues using Sitecaster

Description

We are having difficulties setting up Sitecaster to work as we require. Our Client has set up a website at 1080 x 1920 and then in site caster we have setup a container to view this website also at 1080 x 1920 however we still get scrollbars which we cannot figure out how to remove at all. Seem to be very limited options in Sitecaster.

On a second Sitecaster account and another screen our clients have a very large existing website they wish to display, and they wish the content to cache to avoid long load times, how do we setup Sitecaster so every time the screensaver activates is doesn't reset the cache? I see this can be done when using SiteKiosk, but there are no options for doing this when Sitecaster is activated?

Sorry further to this it looks like the Scroll bar issue was the website developer making an error and not making the site the right height. I expect that when then is fixed that problem will be resolved.

In regards to the screensaver on Sitecaster, there is not an option to have it not reset the cache. there is a section called Display Conditions and you can change what time you want content to show or not show. You can also change the delay between the last user interaction and beginning of idle mode by going to settings at the top then clicking content settings and changing the time to what you desire.
