Support Request: Autologin goes to Black Screen

Description

When we turn on Autologin it only loads to black screen. I believe Sophos is blocking but i have added the install location to exceptions but it does not help. I remove Sophos and it works but that is not a viable solution. What settings in Sophos do i need to exclude for this to work properly? We just downloaded the latest versions and are setting up on 3 pcs and all have the same issue. The software runs fine under my account for a one time run.

Thank you for your inquiry. You may need to allow more executables in the application main folder. You can start with "SiteKiosk.Shell.exe". You can check Windows Event Viewer>>Applications logs for application failures with the keyword search for "SiteKiosk". There has not been any feedback from Sophos users regarding SiteKiosk Online Windows client. You can also check the local Sophos logs for any action activity taken against SiteKiosk Online.
